An extremely light CC and marathon race full susser
under 22lb. The solution: Construction of high-grade
weight-optimized sections using FEA calculations, 3-D
modelling as well as long term durability tests. The
medium: Complex product engineering for manufacturing
demanding CNC units, hollow-weld half shells, super-light
BBU-shells, multi-tapered headtubes, VCS -light rectangular
stays all combined with an Easton ultralight tubeset.
The result: The Saturn TCC. Due to it’s low weight
this high-end racer accelerates like a rocket and pedalled
up the most challenging technical uphill sections. The
83 mm of travel at the single pivot are functional and
efficient. The Saturn provides only as much comfort
as necessary and not one more gram. Comes with a limited
2 year warranty for CC and marathon racing. |
